By installing or using QuietPage, you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

Your pages are yours

Anything you write in QuietPage belongs to you. We have no rights over your writing, no access to it, and no way to reach it. The app stores it on your device only.

License to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use QuietPage on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store's standard end-user license agreement (the "Standard EULA"). Where these terms and the Standard EULA differ, these terms apply for matters specific to QuietPage; the Standard EULA applies for everything else.

What you may not do

Don't reverse-engineer the app, attempt to extract its source code beyond what is allowed by law, or use it in ways that would violate Apple's App Store guidelines.

No warranty

QuietPage is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the app will be error-free or that the data on your device will be permanently retrievable. Please export and back up your pages periodically using the Export feature.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of writing or data. If liability is found despite this, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Changes

If these terms change, the updated version will live at this URL with a new date at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

You may stop using QuietPage at any time by deleting it. Deletion removes all pages stored on your device, since the app keeps no copies elsewhere.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence to the extent those laws apply. Any dispute will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
