Open Settings in Onward and choose Restore purchases. Onward asks Apple, who keeps the record with your Apple ID. One purchase covers every journey, and it can be shared with your family.
Everything you write and every day you walk is kept on your phone, and in your phone's own backup. Onward has no account and no server, so we cannot see it, recover it or move it for you. A new phone set up from that backup (iCloud Backup, an encrypted backup on your computer, or Quick Start) brings it all with you; a phone set up as new starts empty. You can also export your journey from Settings to keep a copy.
Onward sends one reminder a day, only if you ask for it. You can change its time, its words, or turn it off in Settings.
Settings in Onward has a page called Help in a crisis, with numbers for trained people in your region. Onward is not a substitute for care.
